By accessing or using Open Chat, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Anonymous Service Operation
Open Chat provides real-time, anonymous messaging capabilities. You understand that your display alias is non-exclusive and non-permanent. We make no guarantee that an alias will be reserved for you indefinitely.
2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Open Chat for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. You will not attempt to exploit WebSocket connections, bypass rate limits, probe backend security boundaries, or distribute malware, spam, or non-consensual imagery.
3. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate sessions, revoke room participation, or block IP subnets at our sole discretion if we detect abuse or violations of our Community Guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
Open Chat is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Open Chat operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
